Learn and understand the business requirements, platform features, and business model.
Manage and ensure that all projects and tasks are completed within the scope, and within budget according to the engagement
Coordinate team and client meetings and tracking their progress and status update.
Daily communication with the clients and stakeholders.
Manage the team and ensure deadlines are met and team members are motivated and engaged.
Identify and manage risk, issue change resolution process, and work with the team to determine and take action as required.
Undertake QA Testing and Business systems analyst tasks (BSA)
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an IT project management, including software development, scrum master, software engineer, Team lead.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT engineering, related field or equivalent industry experience required.
Proven team leadership and project management experience.
Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile Frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, etc)
Experience in gathering, analysing, and creating user stories and requirements.
Proven experience with modern project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Asana, etc)
Able to follow a consistent methodology but know when, why, and how to deviate and adjust accordingly.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using work management tools.
Support development/tasks efforts by scheduling and attending meetings, leading daily scrums, resolving technical and HR issues, and coordinating action items.
Ensures documentation of work, risks, and issues associated with the project, working with the Project Team to facilitate resolution and timely escalation as deemed necessary.
